The 'Highlight Color' icon in the block toolbar displays as 300px x 300px

* Drupal 8.9
* Gutenberg 8.x-2.0-beta2+46-dev
* Add a Paragraph block

Proposed resolution

* Adjust the icon dimensions to 24px x 24px
