[TEST] - Add new description to the field

Problem/Motivation

For me, the description that explains when 'nothing is checked' in the condition form is not clear. Please change it

Proposed resolution

Change
$this->t('Nothing checked is samething as everything is checked.'),
to
$this->t('If nothing is checked, the evaluation always return TRUE.'),

Please do not work on it. This is only a test issue.
