If the toolbar is open, and the content of $context changes (eg: the content is being replaced), then the behaviors are improperly detached as $context has changed during the setTimeout and the script cannot find the right fields & entities to remove from this new context

Fixed by queuing the elements which need to be deleted and not relying on $context.
