Cant edit views, Call to undefined function backdrop_attributes()

Hi whenever I triy to create a view I get the following error.

Call to undefined function backdrop_attributes() in include() (line 7 of /sites/all/themes/bootstrap_lite/templates/views-ui-display-tab-bucket.tpl.php)

Is something missing?
