I have a many-part scorm package which i've uploaded to an activity.
I have at least 3 different problems inside opigno:
* I'm running version 1.8 which supposedly fixed the progress issue #3121622: Unable to save SCORM progress/state in Chrome b/c Chrome 80 Disallow Synchronous XMLHTTPRequest() in Page Dismissal, but after cilcking halfway through the scorm activity, exiting, and returning, i'm back to the beginning.
* If I go all the way through to complete the activity, my score ends up as "-10 / 10"
* Finally, as I progress through the activity, the "global training progress" does not advance at all.
Is there some trick to getting the SCORM file to behave in the activity?
What information can i provide to help troubleshoot?

Multi-Sco is supported by Opigno.
If Opigno mentions "-10" score, it means that it was unable to retrieve any score.
We would need to investigate how your SCORM package sends information to Opigno in order to understand why Opigno doesn't receive them as expected.
You can either share your scorm package with us (if you don't want to share it publicly on drupal.org you can send an email to info (at) opigno (dot) org).
Or if you don't want to share your scorm package, you can inspect the queries sent when browsing inside your scorm package and compare with the ones expected by Opigno that you can find here in our documentation: https://opigno.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OUM20/pages/695533569/Understan...

I do see many of those statements are included in the scormdriver javascript, but I haven't dug in to figure out whether they're being called or not.

aaronbaumanAfter interacting a bit more with the SCORM activity, I was able to save my progress and return to the same point in some cases.
Seems like the the save-progress mechanism is only activated when I navigate away from the SCORM, but NOT if i simply close the tab.

We will fix in the next release the retrieval of completion status (but no score is sent by your package, so Opigno will just assume that completed status = 100% score, otherwise 0% score).

Progress - this is what slides have been viewed (it isn’t related to score or interactions). Scorm triggers a progress commit on the close package event and it works as designed.
