Not sure to understand the purpose here.
By choosing explicitely the release in the zip URL you actually fix the jsTree version rather then using the latest one. Is that the expected behavior ?

IMO we should just pick the latest in the .zip.

But, and this is missing here, the CDN url needs to be adapted (could have a -latest too there).
