Problem/Motivation

Currently the layout section entity does not implement the RevisionInterface and so changes can not be staged or reverted. Because the section instance state is revisionable if the parent entity is revisonable, I think it makes sense to make the layout section entities revisionable as well.

Proposed resolution

The layout section entities should probably be revisionable, and the revision should iterate with the parent entity.

I went ahead and made a new commit where I added back some fields we may want to use like Author. I also added revisions. Additionally I hid some fields on the section form that we don't need to see.
