This year's website will need to be better mapped. A journey map will both improve the navigability of the website and also assist in the design/wireframe phase, and hopefully even drive some other decisions along the way. We will also need a full sitemap so that we know what types of pages will need to be designed and developed.

@ccoughlan - I've filled in any missing cells and updated the content of the Journey map with any of my opinions on content/context.
