Problem/Motivation

Marked this critical because the library reference is incorrect:

Warning: file_get_contents(libraries/gridstack/dist/gridstack.min.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1133 of drupal/html/core/modules/locale/locale.module)

This is the library: https://github.com/gridstack/gridstack.js/releases

"dist" is not in the library
Extract and rename it to "gridstack", so the assets are available at:
/libraries/gridstack/dist/gridstack.min.js (required by js-driven back/ front-end)
/libraries/gridstack/dist/gridstack.jQueryUI.min.js (required by admin UI)

You are correct. Updated the project home page accordingly to clarify things a bit:

https://www.drupal.org/project/gridstack#gridstack-requirements

The library is moving very fast, and changing its structures at each branch we cannot catch up, yet. Be sure to stick to the outlined requirements for now.
