Problem/Motivation

Currently (8.x-3.6), the settings for all the text-formats with lazy-loading filter enabled are controlled globally from the module settings form.

Proposed resolution

Move the global filter settings into text-format form. Then, each text-format can enable/disable lazy-loading for either tags (img or iframe) independently.

Remaining tasks

  • Remove "Text-formats only" section from the module settings form (/admin/config/content/lazy)
  • Add those options as filter settings
  • Migrate existing settings via update hooks

User interface changes

Filter settings will be managed in filter forms, separately for each text-format; instead of the module settings form (/admin/config/content/lazy)

This has been resolved in the dev branch, and will be part of the upcoming 8.x-3.7 release.
