Issue #2935945: Feature requests : add new filter to support youtube URL with parameter like ?rel=0 added support for query parameters when using the "embed" and youtu.be URLs, but it does not work for the "standard" URL, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=.

Steps to reproduce

Embed a video with the standard YouTube URL and a query parameter appended, e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Xg67K8H4UU&foo=bar

Proposed resolution

"Reindex" the query parameters so that they start with a question mark.
