Change none option label to default or let user to customise it [#3188401]

Problem/Motivation

Currently all the view mode of entity type are displayed in select list where we get first option as none(default select list behaviour), but if we select none it actually render Default view mode, to make it more relatable for non technical user we can change the label from none to default and provide option for user to customise the label as well.
