From duplicate issue:

  1. All of the services associated with webhook events are prefixed with recurly. when they should use commerce_recurly.
  2. Some events seem to have multiple designations left from copy/pasting, such as RecurlyNewSubscriptionEvent which is namespaced both directly in /src/Event as well as /src/Event/notification
