For some reason the recurlyjs lib doesn't get loaded onto the page when the payment method is changed via ajax. I think this may be because Drupal may be unable to load the external js at that point in time, although I'm not entirely sure. Cludgey fix is to add a form alter to all commerce forms just to ensure it's present no matter what.

Fixed by forcing the js calls to wait for recurly to exist on the page before init'ing
