The token request URL does not include the correct Drupal version. See https://git.drupalcode.org/project/siteimprove/-/blob/8.x-1.x/src/SiteimproveUtils.php#L19

nameAndVersionofCMSPlugin needs to be replaced with the full Drupal 9/8/7 version number including patch version (e.g. Drupal-8.9.1).

This change need backport to Drupal 7.
