Problem/Motivation

Exporting site config and trying to reinstall from it will be broken by this module not declaring core's path_alias module as a dependency.

Steps to reproduce

* Stock D9 installation from composer
* Install module via composer
* Export config ( drush cex )
* Wipe database
* Try to reinstall from configuration ( drush site:install --existing-config [...] --debug )

Proposed resolution

Apply attached patch to declare module usage

I just ran into this issue for installing the site with anonymous login configured as well. The patch fixed it.
