Fix changing an existing embedded media's alignment, alt data attributes, or display does not get saved with CKEditor on layout builder

Problem/Motivation

- Create a landing page layout builder.
-Add basic block or rich text block.
- Embed media from WYSIWYG.
- Save the block.
- After save try edit the block and edit the media and change (alignment, alt data attributes, or display) then update the block the changes don't take new changes.
- can check it from edit the block and edit the media.
