Problem/Motivation

There is no link to the Block Upload configuration on the admin/index page, making it hard to find the configuration page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install block_upload
2. Enable block_upload
3. Visit admin/index; look for Configuration link
4. Scratch head

Workaround

Read the source code, find the URL, type it in to the browser.

Proposed resolution

Add the link. Patch forthcoming!
