Problem/Motivation

Hi!
Thanks for the great project.
I have interest to support this project and I created a patch to solve some problems with composer. #3150902: Dependency namespacing in .info.yml file (again)
Also I plan to fix issue with PHP7 and the latest Drupal 9x version compatibility.
I have some time to help maintaining it.
So I am wondering if it's possible to be a co-maintainer of this project.

@Andrew Gorokhovets, meantime, you can always welcome to log the issues with patches until you get the access. I will test and merge those, as I have commit rights.
