I've noticed two things that can illicit the same behavior.

When I configure the theme using any other color except Glass, it's as if I lose the formatting altogether, as if perhaps the CSS file was somehow corrupted. The solution was to return it back to the Glass motif.

Subsequent to this, when I went to change the site's performance, here:

Home » Administer » Site configuration » Performance

and Optimize CSS files is set to Enabled, I also again lose the formatting as if the CSS was taken away.

I do not see this issue documented, so I figure I'd give the heads up!

Hi,
just tried with both alpha and latest dev version and can't replicate this issue. :S i was having this issue before with older versions, can you make sure you have the latest version please?
