Problem/Motivation

When uninstalling media_directories_ui and the generated images cannot be deleted, the un-installation leaves back a module with deleted configuration.

Steps to reproduce

chown the browser_thumbnails to root:root or similar.

Proposed resolution

Try to delete the files first, and if it fails, the other configuration will be untouched.
