Problem/Motivation

There is no reason for any facet widget which is not our own to be allowed. Maybe we can do prefix matching to allow end users to write custom ones.

This limits the options, and hides empty behavior since it has no effect.

Why (if the JSON:API Search API Facets is enabled) would you need/want to remove all other widget options.
