If you configure your exposed filter to have description text, you expect it to display when the filter is displayed. Currently this module does not display it.

I'm not 100% sure this is actually the right approach. It follows the same pattern the module is using to re-attach the titles, but I wonder if we're rendering the exposed form a bit wrong altogether since none of this manual meddling needs to be done when the exposed filters are rendered in the normal fashion attached to a view. I just haven't dug deeply enough into the code paths to see why we're not getting these attributes set properly. But this fixes the problem for me for now.

To come back on your thought "none of this manual meddling needs to be done when the exposed filters are rendered in the normal fashion attached to a view" I tried different ways to load/render just the exposed filters. As we do not want to load the whole view object here (when doing this the exposed form elements are rendered in a different form) this approach was the simplest was to render only the exposed form elements and include them as part of the page edit form. However open to different ways and suggestions to improve this, your contributions are always welcome!
