Problem/Motivation

When you have a date only field (without time) the fieldset around the widget is removed, wich is nice.
But it is replaced by a <H4> label followed by the input widget.

Here are the 3 issues for this widget:
1-Label font size (16px) is not inline with other labels
2-Margins are also differents
3-The description of the field doesn't follow the standard.
