  2. Click on submenu and set align to "Right to left"

Add the following css in your custom theme or subtheme.
This solves the issue.

    visibility: hidden !important;
    filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=0);
    opacity: 0 !important;
}
