Problem/Motivation

Warning: preg_match(): Delimiter must not be alphanumeric or backslash in Drupal\block_blacklist\Blacklist->Drupal\block_blacklist\{closure}() (line 132 of /app/web/modules/contrib/block_blacklist/src/Blacklist.php)

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Layout
2. Add a section
3. Add a block
4. Remove a block
5. Try to again the block by clicking on configure
6. Configure popup does not open in the layout builder

Proposed resolution

We must specify a delimiter for your expression. A delimiter is a special character used at the start and end of your expression to denote which part is the expression.
