Mollom shouldn't append "report as spam" links in the automatic emails sent as reply by drupal contact form.
That content is sent by the website itself so of course can't be spam or unsolicited.

What do you mean by automatic e-mails sent as reply by the contact form? Can you give an example?

If you set a reply message, contact form sends immediatly an email to the user has filled it.
That mail is born by system and obviously isn't spam or unsolicited. Malicious not authenticathed users could use that link to submit fake reports.

Marking as a duplicate of #370369: Mollom attaches "Report as Inappropriate" message to system generated email since I posted a patch there. Please give it a try!
