Add a Universal Field which can be grouped with a multiple content types

Create a Universal Serial Number Type

1. Create Configuration Form to define the type of universal field.

2. Add the option "Universal Field" in field setting form.

3. On yes show the Available Universal Types.

4. If the field is universal the serial number will be generated continuously for contents that are included in these content types.
