xdebug_break present in the code base and causing error

Problem/Motivation

After resolving the previous issue Link, I came across this one.

Steps to reproduce

Apply the patch of the issue mentioned above.
Install the module and visit the manage display page for any content type

Proposed resolution

Removed xdebug_break
