hansa11 Hello Everyone
mherchel Morning!
Indrajith KB Hi everyone
proeung Hello!
nitesh624 Hello everyone
komal k Hello!
kiran.kadam911 Hello Everyone...!
shaal Hello!
sd9121 Hello

1️⃣ Overall project status updateOur path to beta is currently headed towards Drupal 9.1. #3111409: Add new Olivero frontend theme to Drupal 9.1 core as beta

mtift (he/him) Let's use this issue to discuss the overall status of the initiative in broad terms, and we'll save specific issue discussions for later threads.
proeung Just a heads up, we're working on adjusting our PostCSS config to align with what's in Core. Please see this issue for more detail.#3165448: Patch script generates *.pcss.css fies within the dist directory#comment-13789915
proeung Once this code has been merged in the base branch we'll need to make sure some of the patches are updated/rebased.
mherchel We released beta1, and then submitted a new core patch!
mtift (he/him) Yeah, that's the big news ^^
mherchel We also received our first real review from @lauriii and there was nothing major! :partyparrot:

2️⃣ PostCSS Dependencies

proeung We would love if folks can add +1 to the following issue threads. We really need some help with getting some of these PostCSS plugins into Core.#3093013: Allow PostCSS Plugin “PostCSS RTL” in core for Olivero theme
mherchel Yes! Please
mherchel Or add a -1 if you’re against it!
mherchel or add a +0 if you’re indifferent
mherchel or add a +NaN if you’re into JavaScript
proeung :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:
proeung I'm biased towards these plugins so I hope everyone will add +1
mherchel and RT the following! https://twitter.com/mikeherchel/status/1295365097355907075

3️⃣ Individual issue discussion

mtift (he/him) This thread is the place to bring up specific issues that need some extra discussion
mherchel In regards to [#3129257]My understanding is that this issue only happens if the page was loaded on desktop, and then is resized to mobile. If this is correct, is this worth the added technical debt? This isn’t an issue that people will run into in real life, and in the event that someone does 10 years down the line, the tabs are still usable.
mherchel I also did work on #3153260: Standardize Olivero's focus states across all non-form controls. Waiting for a quick review from accessibility maintainers if possible

4️⃣ Where can people help this week?

mtift (he/him) First on the list are the issues related to PostCSS Dependencies
mherchel I created a number of new issues from the core review. Many of those are minor and can easily be fixed.
proeung https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/olivero?status=1
nitesh624 Yes I will try to pick some issues in coming days
nitesh624 Thanks mike (edited)
