Fix code style bugs

Now that [#] is underway, it's obvious we've got a few CS bugs:

css/toolbar_responsive_search.css
line 6	Expected 1 space before opening brace of class definition; 0 found
toolbar_responsive_search.module
49	If the line declaring an array spans longer than 80 characters, each element should be broken into its own line
