Plan for D8 port of Search Log

We have to work on the following tasks to complete the D8 port of the module. Please create a new child issue if not already added.

• Add basic files for the module i.e info.yml and .module file.
• Add install file describing the schema of the module.
• Add the controller displaying the logged search results.
• Add the configuration form for the module.
• Add the form for clearing the stored search logs in the system.
• Add the cron job clearing the search logs as configured by the administrator.
• Add the logic for altering the search forms and storing the required information in the database.
