Hi @Jumoke,

Thank you for trying EzContent. I appreciate your efforts for raising the bug.
I am one of the maintainers of EzContent and I tried installation of the distribution through different ways (via UI, via Drush) but never came across the issue you raised. So, I am going to postpone this issue as of now.
