Is this possibly a duplicate for #2924204: Add <image> element to RSS channel and/or is this not supported in https://www.drupal.org/project/views_rss ?

I think https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2020-04-07/rss-feed-image-2924204-20... is to add image element on channel, not on each item row.
I want to add element in element.

The option to add an enclosure per rss item is being worked on in #2511878: Add support for enclosure field in Views RssFields row plugin so that posts can include media items. I'll close this issue as a duplicate, so we can focus our efforts in the related issue.
