It would be nice if it could be integrated with CCK and Content Profile, then it would work with Date/Calendar too and it would be a really good standard solution for everyone.

This has been asked before in #173867: Integration with cck (nodeprofile, contentprofile, etc...) in D6 and #170826: Integrate with Calender module.

I will do this when I start working on Birthdays 2.x (for both 5.x and 6.x).

I'll just ask it again because this was about D6 and I didn't want to change the version of the other issue. I think the other one should have something that says D6 also, or leaving an issue like this. Many of us search issues using the version filter and it's a bit complicated to know if something is happening just for D5 or D5&6.

In that issue they ask also for nodeprofile integration, being content profile the preferred solution in D6, but I think it will be just the same because all use CCK. Am I right?

Anyway you have clarify it here so I will change the name of the other issue accordingly. Thanks :)
