Problem:
Edition and Issue fields are not available in configuration files namely:
modules/bibcite_endnote/bibcite_endnote.bibcite_format.yml
and
modules/bibcite_endnote/config/install/bibcite_entity.mapping.endnote8.yml
This leads to these files being missed while export and import operations.

Solution:
Add fields to modules/bibcite_endnote/bibcite_endnote.bibcite_format.yml and
Add field mappings to modules/bibcite_endnote/config/install/bibcite_entity.mapping.endnote8.yml
