As mobile device are less powerful than desktop - and the content may also be displayed differently (meaning less content above the fold), it would be great to apply different strategies between mobile & desktop.

What we need to keep in mind is that this distinction can only be done at the client's level (guessing the device at the server level is doable but would mess with caching...)

I see 2 options to be able to apply different strategies and let javascript pick the best one:
#1: Create multiple strategies and assign a group to that strategy (all / desktop / mobile / ...)
That would imply some change in the logic where the app would take all matching strategies instead of only the first one.
It would also mean additional complexity to configure the module as groups from different strategies would have to be merged somehow.

#2: Within 1 strategy, separate Desktop / Mobile (we can imagine having more options in the future)
Each one having its own groups - and then decide at javascript level the one to apply

Let's go with #2
