Would this be capable of capturing file attachments like PDFs or word docs etc? If not, any recommendations?

@MM10 you will have to fetch the text content from PDF and then use the APIs to extract keywords, summary, etc. Currently, there is no plan to add this feature to this module. I will keep this feature in my mind for future development.
