Capitalize the name of the module, because module names are proper nouns.

Also, consider changing package from `Custom` to `Other`. Custom package is to group all of the project's custom modules together making them easier to locate and enable.

If the name of the module is changed to capital case, which I'm agreeable to, then it should be changed everywhere. I reviewed the module code, and there's a reference in ckeditor_config_help() that needs updated, too. On commit, I'll update the project page.
