When clicking on the place block button there is no config screen (the ajax gif appears for a brief second) and the error logs show the following:

TypeError: Argument 6 passed to Drupal\twitter_api_block\Plugin\Block\TwitterBlockBase::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelFactory, instance of Drupal\redirect_404\Render\Redirect404LogSuppressor given, called in /var/www/vhosts/dianeberrykitchens.local/httpdocs/modules/contrib/twitter_api_block/src/Plugin/Block/TwitterBlockBase.php on line 110 in Drupal\twitter_api_block\Plugin\Block\TwitterBlockBase->__construct() (line 75 of /var/www/vhosts/dianeberrykitchens.local/httpdocs/modules/contrib/twitter_api_block/src/Plugin/Block/TwitterBlockBase.php)

Thank you for testing this module and please forgive the late reply.

It seems this issue is a compatibility issue with the redirect_404 module.

I try to reproduce it and if possible, issue will be fixed in the latest branch 3.x

Hi,

This seems to be an easy one to fix if no one has yet. You simply need to change the type of the $logger variable from LoggerChannelFactory to LoggerChannelFactoryInterface in TwitterBlockBase::__construct().

Cheers, Neil

The new version 4.0.x of this module is now fully compatible with Layout Builder.

I can place Twitter search block on any content using Layout Builder.

@vaccinemedia @altcom_nh Please, let me know if your situation is solved after upgrading to the latest version.
