Clean up of the D7 code prior to a new release. I'm not trying to fix everything here, just drastically reduce the number of standards warnings shown in the tests. First patch is to fix the easy things and identify what is left to do.

One last patch - I think this covers all the coding standards that can/should be fixed in D7. Things like camelCase function names etc. are not fixable in D7.
