When using the Bootstrap theme and the Admin toolbar module, the top of the Simple live CSS interface ('Save' button and the first few lines of css code) gets hidden behind the Admin toolbar. Hence, I cannot save changes made to the css file.

Once I uninstall the Admin toolbar, the full Simple live CSS interface becomes visible again.

NOTE: When using the Bartik theme (and with the Admin toolbar enabled!), there are no issues. Seems Bootstrap puts something in the mix?

Looks like the bootstrap theme puts a z-index of 1031 on the toolbar, while the live css editor uses a z-index of 1000.
I've increased the z-index in the included patch, so the editor will always appear on top of the toolbar.

Thanks for the latest update to the module! Sorry, I just wasn't able find the time to test your patch (corona, kids at home all the time, a lot of projects going on!).

But it seems to be working perfectly now :-) Thanks again.
