Include user permission for using no image style

In some projects we're using the animated gif module. This only works when applying no image style to these animated gif images. See instructions at https://www.drupal.org/project/animated_gif.

Users uploading an image in the editor must choose an image style (except you are logged in as user 1 or have the permission 'administer image styles'), so in case of an animated gif image the animation will not work. They must choose the option 'None (orginal image)' to get a working animated gif image. I've made a with a new user permission 'Include option None (original image) as image style' so this option can be made available as wel besides the image styles in the editor.
