Name missing in photo information block

I changed : .../modules/contrib/photos/templates/photos_image_block.html.twig
The username was displayed twice. second one with a link to the user.
I changed the first one to a link and removed the second one.

This makes the information block cleaner.
The extra url for the user is no longer necessary.
