Hi Tolyan4ik, thanks fro bringing this up and providing the patch, but shouldn't the high_contrast_block_view_pre_render() function from high_contrast.module also be removed?
Any reason why you left that in?

You are absolutely right, this hook is no longer needed and can be removed, here is a patch for that. Please check.
