Custom Filters/URL Filters

Hi Jeremy

Thanks for an indispensable module. I've installed the latest version (7) on our 5.10 drupal site. I'm not seeing anywhere to add Custom Filters or URL filters in the settings pages. I see in the documentation that this should be there, just want to check that the docs refer to the latest version. I want to check that we have all the Spam functionality and admin working correctly.
