when I wanted to edit an action to change the label. I got the error message.
the machine readable name must contain .... see picture / Edit Actions with error

there was already an error in the machine name - with the dot.

where can I change that. if I create a new action the problem does not occur. I had to delete all existing actions.

The machine name cannot be changed after it is created. I'd suggest looking into what created the invalid action machine name in the first place.
