Problem/Motivation
As part of making this module ready for Drupal 9, we should add a missing core_version_requirement key to the module info file.

I have updated the patch adding the core_version_requirement also for the apd_test submodule and remove the core: 8.x as recommended in the latest versions of Drupal 8.X
