Problem/Motivation

The --browser option to run-tests.sh was deprecated in Drupal 8 for removal in Drupal 9. The code is tagged for removal in #3075490: Move simpletest module to contrib but this issue was marked fixed without actually removing it.

Remove the deprecated code.
