The Knowledge module implements Knowledge-Centered Success (KCS®) in Drupal. It records the Solve Loop practices a support organization runs in the product: reuse an article on an incident, coach the article against the content standard, review whether the process was followed, and track a person's proficiency.

Entities

  • Link — Track Reuse. A link connects an incident to the article that was created, reused, or cited.
  • Content Standard Checklist — six coaching checks on an article (Complete, Content Clear, Unique, Title, Metadata, Hyperlinks). The listing shows checks met, not a grade.
  • Process Alignment — a review sample of whether linking practices were followed on an incident.
  • Proficiency — progress through Candidate, Contributor, and Publisher, with coach and leader assignment.
